Land Transport (Road and Railway)

Road and Railway are one of our core strengths in the Transport Sector. Our involvement in the sector ranges from advising on institutional infrastructure at national and local administration level, through the planning and design of complex urban roads and rural strategic routes to construction supervision and technology transfer for developing countries.

Catamaran is the leading toll road operator and maintenance company in Nigeria, we have strategic partnership agreements with major tolling companies including, EFKON (Pty) of South Africa, Egis and Metro Infrasys Pvt. Ltd. to operate and maintain toll roads in Africa. Through one of our subsidiaries Lagos Tolling Company we installed, operated and maintained the Electronic Tolling System on the iconic Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge in Lagos Nigeria – the only private sector operated road concession in Nigeria.
